Son Seekers is built from the ground up for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade. No preschool priorities. No quiet naptime routines. This is a place designed for school-age kids to move, play, create, compete, hang out with friends, and actually enjoy being here.
We pick them up from school, give them time to unwind, help them knock out homework, and then let them do what kids are supposed to do — play, explore, laugh, and have fun.
With locations serving the Pearl/Brandon and Reservoir areas, Son Seekers combines dependable school transportation, incredible facilities, structured activities, and a staff that genuinely enjoys working with school-age kids.

Across our two campuses, kids have room to move, build, play, create, compete, and spend time with friends — with age-appropriate activity areas, games, STEM activities, recreation spaces, multipurpose rooms, and plenty of space to just enjoy being kids.

The environment at Son Seekers is shaped by everyone who is part of it — children, staff, and families alike.
For our kids, that means treating others with respect, participating positively, working through conflict, taking responsibility, and understanding how their choices affect the people around them. Our staff help guide those moments with consistency, encouragement, and clear expectations.
We expect that same spirit of respect and partnership from the adults in our community as well. When concerns come up, we address them directly, work toward solutions, and expect everyone involved to help protect the kind of environment we want Son Seekers to be known for.
A strong culture is something we build together — and something we are committed to maintaining.
THE FUN STARTS WITH THE RIDE.
All of our buses are custom ordered, featuring seat belts, powerful air conditioning, and storage racks for backpacks, projects, and whatever else is coming home that day! We also use Ford Transit vans with age-appropriate booster seats when needed to provide proper seat-belt fit.
Getting your kids here safely is a big responsibility — and we treat it that way.

Family Time > Homework Meltdowns
Kids have already spent most of the day at school, so we give them time to arrive, unwind, and enjoy being at Son Seekers before homework begins.
During homework time, staff are dedicated to answering questions, providing guidance, and helping kids stay on task. While we're not a tutoring service, our goal is to help them get as much finished as possible so homework doesn't have to take over family time later that evening.
Prefer to handle homework at home? Just let us know!
Need extra help? We welcome private tutors! (Due to space availability, please talk to us first!)

Summer Camp 2027
SUMMER SHOULD HAVE STORIES WORTH TELLING.
Summer Camp at Son Seekers is all about giving kids a break from the ordinary! Field trips, games, special activities, outdoor play, new friendships, Kid’s Praise, and plenty of moments that turn into “remember when…” stories later.
But more than anything, we want kids to know Christ. Our goal is not simply to teach Bible stories or add a devotion into the day — it is to help children understand who Jesus is, what His love means for them, and how a real relationship with Him can shape the way they live, love, choose, forgive, serve, and grow. Through daily devotion, Kid’s Praise, and the everyday example of our staff, we want faith to become something personal, meaningful, and real.
We want kids to leave Son Seekers with great summer memories — and with a deeper understanding of the God who loves them.

Paid weekly via automatic bank draft for the upcoming session.
SUMMER Reg/ACTIVITY FEE
$175
This all-in-one fee locks your spot in, and covers everything!! Scheduled field trips, special activities, space jumps/inflatables, supplies, and a camp T-shirt. All included!

WHAT DO KIDS ACTUALLY DO HERE?
PLAY & CREATE
A kid grows up a lot between 5 and 12 years old! Your child's room reflects that! Every group has age-appropriate games, activities, and spaces designed to get kids interacting with each other instead of staring at a screen.
Depending on age and location, that can mean building, creating, competing, pretending, playing foosball, shooting basketball, grabbing a board game, or finding something completely different to do with friends!
Our staff are there to cultivate the kind of room kids want to be part of — one where they feel comfortable joining in, trying something new, making friends, and having fun together. We help guide the atmosphere, encourage positive interaction, and keep the room moving without turning every minute into a structured activity.
FAITH IS AT THE CENTER OF WHO WE ARE.
At Son Seekers, Scripture shapes how we handle everyday life. We use Biblical truth to guide how kids treat others, work through conflict, make good choices, show respect, forgive, and take responsibility — helping them understand not just what’s right, but why it matters.
Every day, our groups spend time in age-appropriate devotion, helping kids connect God’s Word to real situations they understand. And once a week, we turn the energy up with Kid’s Praise — an exciting time of music, worship, and celebration designed to help kids experience the joy of praising God together.
We want kids to leave Son Seekers with great memories, stronger friendships, and a faith that feels real, personal, and alive. Because following Christ should shape the way we live — and it should be something worth getting excited about!
GET MOVING
Kids weren’t made to sit still all afternoon!
At Son Seekers, recreation gives them time to run, compete, laugh, and burn off some energy with friends. Depending on the day, that might mean free play, organized games, team challenges, or playground time!
We keep activities simple, inclusive, and easy to jump into, so kids don’t have to be the fastest, strongest, or most athletic to have a great time!
The goal is simple: get moving, get involved, and have fun doing it.

We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy kids, bring a good attitude, and know how to jump in — whether that means leading a game, helping with homework, settling a disagreement, making a kid laugh, or just being the adult who makes them feel seen.
If you want a job where every afternoon is different, the kids keep you on your toes, and the work actually matters, you may fit in pretty well here!
