Summer Camp Info:

Tuition: $145/week/child. (3rd child is $115/week)

      - Total tuition for Summer Camp 2025 is $1392 (3rd child-$1104)

        (9 weekly drafts of $145, 1 weekly draft of $87 -last week of only 3 days)

Registration/Activity fee: $160/child paid at the end of this application.   (Non-refundable)

Your Activity fee covers EVERYTHING!  Field Trips, on-site events, t-shirt.. please DO NOT send money with your child!  We do not allow children to spend their own money.  We keep everything simple and fair by covering everything!

Pay in Full: A dropdown menu is on each child's form.  You may select weekly draft, or an option to Pay In Full, either for us to process a bank draft immediately after approving the registration, or on March 5th. (Payments in full will receive a $20 discount.. we're passing savings on processing fees down to you!)

Locking in your spot:  Registering for summer camp is locking in your child's spot for the entirety of the break.  Unlike the school year, we do not have a 2 week notice policy for withdrawal, or flexible start date.  Tuition is due from May 26th through July 30th, regardless of attendance.

Please Note: The activity fee on the form is paid with a credit/debit card.  The card used to pay this fee *DOES NOT* save to your account, and will not be used for weekly tuition drafts, or affect any current payment methods on file.  (The "Save Card" button at time of payment is misleading, as it will ONLY use this card for a one time payment.)

Summer Camp registration is a contract. Any registration not cancelled by May 16th will be considered final.  You are agreeing to pay to hold your child's spot, regardless of attendance, from May 26th until July 30th.  

 Tuition is due/drafted every Friday for the upcoming week, including any past due balance.  **Children may not attend with an outstanding balance on the account**. Childcare is suspended if payment in full is not made within 24 hours of automated payment failure email notification.  Extenuating circumstances should be discussed with a director BEFORE a payment returns.  Any remaining balance at the end of summer will result in a weekly ACH bank draft attempt until the balance is successfully paid in full.  Balances that are 30 days overdue will be charged an additional late fee equal to 30% of the balance to cover collection agency commissions, and turned over to a credit-reporting collection agency (and are not eligible for re-enrollment.)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES ON CHILDCARE PAYMENT ASSISTANCE:

The DECCD childcare certificate program does not pay 100% of summer camp tuition.  The total difference due is $96 (plus full time monthly co-pays, if applicable), and will be drafted/due on a monthly basis as follows: A draft on June 5th and July 5th each of: $48+ FT monthly copay .  Late fee/Unpaid balance policies will apply.

Change of provider: For families transferring a voucher from another center, be sure to process your change of provider no later than Wednesday, May 7th to ensure your certificate is active with us by the first day of summer. Parents are responsible for full tuition until a certificate is active with us, as well as any amount not paid by DECCD.
