Summer Camp 2021
If your family has never been with us before, there are TWO PARTS that must be done to register for Summer Camp!
"Sandbox Software" is our all-in-one database/accounting/attendance software.
STEP ONE: "Sandbox Registration":
This is completed for every child that enrolls at Son Seekers. This replaces a typical enrollment form, and collects everything needed for your child's folder, including child's information, emergency contacts, etc. **This is required, but does not lock in your spot! Your sandbox registration will remain in Pending status until we receive STEP 2.
*You will be given a passcode on the success page of your Sandbox submission to use in the Summer Camp form.
STEP TWO: "Summer Camp 2021 Registration Form":
This form is specific to Summer Camp 2021, and collects all the information we need to make your child's summer awesome!! While you're new with us, most families have been here for some time, and inputs like grade, t-shirt size, etc. quickly become outdated.
It's important to fill this out right, as the two DO NOT integrate with each other, and we will use THIS FORM primarily for certain things (T-SHIRT SIZE and GRADE reference are big ones)
On the first page, when you select "NEW CHILD", a box will appear to enter your passcode from your Sandbox registration confirmation. If you don't have this, you'll need to contact us.
Your registration/activity fees are calculated automatically and must be paid using a credit/debit card, or PayPal account at the end of the form.
Spots will be reserved in the order that we receive complete registrations, and the form will be disabled once we hit capacity.* The calendar, handbook, etc. will all be available to you on our website. We will also have paper copies of the calendar available on your child's first day.
Even though the entire process is automated, please feel free to call us with any questions you may have! (Please leave a voicemail if necessary, and we'll call you back! Our phones ring off the hook this time of year!).
Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, we are limiting visitor traffic in the building as much as possible, so no "on-site" registration will be occurring. Visit duration is key in safely being able to give tours to individual families, and not having parents waiting in close proximity in our lobby. Please call or email us first, and we will be glad to speak with you and answer any questions you may have. We can then schedule a one on one tour with you!
*Although we will keep a close eye on enrollment numbers and disable each form asap, in the event that a spot is booked before we can disable the form, we will notify you within 48 hours. We will do everything possible to ensure that you do not depend on a locked in spot that is not available for any period of time. Thanks for your understanding!
