•This is your Sandbox enrollment form that creates your account in our system, and collects important things such as family info and emergency contacts.
•You will need the password on the success page to start step TWO!
•This form is specific to summer camp, and puts everything we need in an easy to reference chart.
•You will need your routing and account number for us to set up a bank draft.
• You'll pay your registration and activity fee with a debit/credit card or PayPal account.
