New Family Registration

IMPORTANT! 
•New Families MUST complete BOTH steps to register for After School!
•Your spot IS NOT locked in until you have made a successful payment at the end of step TWO!
•A passcode FROM US is required to register. (You will enter it in step two.)

•This is your Sandbox enrollment form that creates your account in our system, and collects important things such as family info and emergency contacts.
 

•This form is specific to after school, and puts everything we need in an easy to reference chart (schools, grades, etc.)

•You will need your routing and account number for us to set up a bank draft.

• You'll pay your registration and activity fee with a debit/credit card or PayPal account.
